Warranty & Support

Uluru offers a full 12-month warranty against defective materials and workmanship for our campers in addition to our 5 year structural warranty for chassis. It excludes parts susceptible to normal wear and tear such as brakes, tyres, wheels, wheel bearings, fasteners, wires, locks, zippers and etc.

Trailers with alloy wheels MUST retention wheels after first 100kms due to new wheels being fitted.

Installed appliances are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

Warranties are valid to the original purchaser of the item in question and apply from the original date of purchase.

Warranties are not transferable. Also, if the original purchaser sells an item to a third party, the original purchaser cannot make any claims on behalf of the new owner. Warranties do not apply to products used in hire schemes or as rentals

All costs associated with freight to the original place of purchase shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. The warranty will not cover the damage or loss during delivery. So we recommended our customers purchase the delivery insurance.

Warranty is void if the purchaser makes any alteration to the tent or camper trailer which at the discretion of Uluru Campers affects the performance of the product. The following specifics are not covered but also not limited to under the Uluru warranty: General damage arising from misuse of campers. General consumables such as bearings, light fittings, batteries etc. Wear and tear when the trailer has been used for permanent living purposes. Impact of stone damage to body, chassis or running gear. Soiling of fabrics and internal fitments from dust and other airborne substances. Water damage due to above-the-floor-level water crossings. Movement or damage caused by dislodgment of appliances and fittings resulting from hard impact or heavy landings or severely rutted roads or tracks. Rust and Paint. Wheels and Tyres.

The purchaser must follow the instructions and care and maintenance information provided fully to ensure that the product performs to the purpose intended or implied by Uluru, warranty claims will not be covered if the purchaser has not followed the instructions and care and maintenance completely.

Warranty is void if a defect is caused by misuse, neglect, failure to maintain, improper use, accidental damage, damage caused by a natural disaster.

No Warranty by Sales Condition

1. Factory Seconds, Ex-Demonstration and Damaged Goods: From time to time, Uluru may offer for sale items deemed to be “factory seconds”, “ex-demonstration”, or “damaged”. Any such items are sold on an “as is” basis.

2. Goods Purchased At Auction: By Australian law, any goods bought at auction subsequently do not carry any statutory warranty. Goods purchased at auction, shall carry no warranty unless specifically stated in writing by Uluru Campers.

Note: if there is any damages on trailer or tent not caused by customer on delivery, we strongly suggest that our customer take photos and kindly send email with problem description to us. We will provide relative technology support or parts replacement in 48 hours. Trailers must be returned to our factory for warranty work to be done. The warranty will not cover the postage cost at both ends. In addition to the express Uluru Campers warranty, the consumer may also be covered by other rights and remedies of the Australian Consumer Law in relation to the goods and or services to which this warranty relates.
